适用范围：This part of BS 1722 specifies requirements for the construction andinstallation of general pattern and dropper pattern strained wire fencesand rectangular wire mesh fences, including mild steel or high tensilewoven wire fencing, welded mesh fencing, hexagonal wire nettingfences of the general pattern, and spring steel wire pattern fences wherethe mesh is fixed onto spring steel line wires.This standard includes requirements for protective treatments.However, maintenance requirements of the fence after installation areoutside the scope of this standard.NOTE Figure 1 illustrates the general characteristics of strained wirefences. It is not intended to illustrate any particular requirements of thisstandard but provides guidance as to the general layout of a typical fence,and on the terminology associated with this form of fencing.
