适用范围：1.1 This standard ( Part 2 ) describes procedures for failure mode and effects analysis ( FMEA ) and failure mode, effects and criticality analysis ( FMECA ) and gives guidance as to how these may be applied to achieve various objectives. This standard gives the procedural steps necessary to perform an analysis; identifies appropriate terms, assumptions, criticalitymeasures, and failure modes; determines ground rules; and provides examples of the necessary forms.Note — As FMEA is an extension of FMECA, all the general qualitative con-siderations presented for FMEA can be applied to FMECA.
