适用范围：This Part of BS 5873 specifies strength and stability requirements for storage furniture for educational institutions, including lockers, secure storage and trolleys. This standard applies specifically to school furniture and is not applicable to office furniture used by the administrative staff. Two test levels, general and heavy, are specified. This Part of BS 5873 does not cover requirements and test methods for the security of fixed secure storage furniture which are dealt with in BS 5873 : Part 5.
