适用范围：This standard specifies the general, physical, and magneticrequirements for interchangeability of the magneticsix-disk pack, as required to achieve unrecordedpack interchange between disk storages and associatedinformation processing systems. The six-disk pack, withten recording surfaces, is of the type intended specificallyfor use with digital recording and reproducing equipmentemploying access mechanisms capable of positioningup to 200 usable data tracks on each of the disksurfaces. The requirements for three additional trackareas on each recording surface are identified for useas alternates in case of difficulty in reading or recordingon any usable data track.
