适用范围：This International Standard gives general guidance forthe construction and use of equipment for measure-ment of the optical transfer function (OTF) of imagingsystems.This International Standard specifies important factorsthat can influence the measurement of the OTF, andgives general rules for equipment performance re-quirements and environmental controls.It specifies important precautions that should be takento ensure accurate measurements and specifies cor-rection factors to be applied to the collected data.The optical transfer function measuring equipmentdescribed in this International Standard is restricted tothat which analyses the radiation distribution in theimage plane of the optical imaging System under test.It does not include interferometer-based instruments.
