适用范围：1.1 This standard applies to the verification of testing machines for determining Vickers hardness.1.1.1 If a machine is also intended for other methods of hardness testing, it shall be separately verified for each method.1.2 The direct method is suitable for the initial verification of new machines by the manufacturer and for the verification of rebuilt machines and the indirect method is suitable for machines in service.1.3 This standard docs not apply to the procedure which should be used in routine checking of the testing machines by the users.1.4 The following two methods of verification are specified in this standard:a) Direct verification, andb) Indirect verification by means of standardized blocks.
