适用范围：These requirements cover electric chain saws rated not more than 250 Volts, for use in accordance with the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70 In addition these requirements cover accessories and attachments for use with electric chain saws. Specific requirements are outlined in Section 65 69. These requirments cover double-insulated chain saws. Specific requirements are given in Sections 60 64. These requirements cover an accessory and an attachment (1) recommended by the manufacturer, (2) identified by catalog number (or equivalent product designation) in the instruction manual for a chain saw, or (3) packed with a chain saw. These requirements do not cover accessories or attachments that (1) are not provided with the chain saw and (2) are not identified in the required instruction manual by catalog numbers or equivalent product designation -- such as those mentioned in mini-catalogs or fliers that may or may not be provided with the chain saw
