适用范围：This standard ( Part II ) lays down the requirements of the following two groups of covered electrodes of sizes 1 to 3·15 mm ( inclusive ):Group 1 Normal penetration electrodes for metal arc welding of structural steel sheets ( tensile range 410-510 N/mm2 〓).Group 2 Normal penetration hydrogen controlled electrodes for metal arc welding of structural steel sheets (tensile range 510-610 N/mm2〓).
