适用范围：1. This British Standard specifies the general design requirements and test procedure for rate of climb indica-tors for aircraft. It applies to mechanical instruments of the 'choke-capacity' type in which a capacity is connected to the source of static pressure on the aircraft through a choke. The pressure drop across the choke or the air-flow through it gives a measure of the rate of climb or descent and is measured by means of a suitable differential pressure gauge or fiowmeter mechanism.
