适用范围：This part of ISO/IEC 11172 specifies the coded representation of video for digital storage media and specifies the decoding process. The representation supports normal speed forward playback, as well as special functions such as random access, fast forward playback, fast reverse playback, normal speed reverse playback, pause and still pictures. This part of ISO/IEC 11172 is compatible with standard 525- and 625-line television formats, and it provides flexibility for use with personal computer and workstation displays.
