适用范围：1 This British Standard covers the non-destructive testing of fusion and resistance welds in aerospace mat-erials having a thickness of 2.5 mm and less. It applies to the inspection of materials and components both during the manufacturing stage and in service. 2 The standard accordingly covers visual, penetrant, magnetic particle, radiographic and ultrasonic inspection appropriate to the type of defect being sought, together with any limitations in the use of particular techniques.
