适用范围：1.1 This standard covers the requirements for reinforced concrete columns suitable for use for street lighting, manufactured by mechanical com-pacting methods, such as vibration, shocking, spinning. This standard does not cover prestressed or hand compacted concrete columns.1.2 The columns covered by the standard are not intended for overhead wiring.1.3 Four classes of column are provided for a range of mounting heights of 4.5 m (or 14.8 ft), 6 m (or 19.7 ft), 7.5 m (or 24.6 ft), and 9 m (or 29.5 ft).1.4 Concrete fittings attached to or forming part of the column shall also comply with the relevant clauses of this standard.
