适用范围：1.1 This standard (Part I) covers the general requirements for malleable cast iron pipe fittings screwed in accordance with IS : 554-1964*. The dimensions specified (centre-to-face, face-to-face and centre-to-centre) are essential for interchange-ability.1.2 Dimensions which are not included in the standard are left to the discretion of the manu-facturer depending on the end use of the fittings.1.3 These fittings shall be suitable for working pressure up to 1.380 MN/m2f in the case of water and up to 1.035 MN/m2 in the case of steam, air, gas and oil.
