适用范围：The procedures def ined in this International Standard are ap-plicable to instances of communication between systems which wish to interconnect in an open systems interconnec-tion environment.This International Standard specifies:a) procedures for the transfer of information relating to application-association control between application-en-tities; andb) the abstract syntax for the representation of the ACSE APDUs.The ACSE procedures are defined in terms ef:a) the interactions between peer ACSE protocol machines through the use of presentation-services; andb) the interaction between an ACSE protocol machine and its service-user.This International Standard also specifies conformance re-quirements for systems implementing these procedures. It does not contain tests which can be used to demonstrate conformance.
