山东临清棉花零星采摘棉企暂未开秤

  近日，山东临清天气以晴为主，温度在21-30摄氏度，当地棉花长势整体正常，已有棉桃裂铃吐絮，个别地块零星采摘，棉企暂未开秤。

据了解，自8月23日起，当地棉农已开始零星采摘籽棉，平均采摘量在15-30斤/亩，采摘数量不均，其中旱地棉田采摘数量较多一些，而有些地块才刚刚开始。从采摘质量看，籽棉质量达到白棉3级的约占20%，白棉4级约占50%，淡点污棉2级及以下约占30%。因天气干旱，当地棉农反映，今年的籽棉采摘时间要比常年提前一周左右，预计规模采摘约在15天后。今年当地棉花种植面积仅为32万亩，新年度棉花资源将大幅减少，棉农对籽棉销售价格预期较高，或将导致新年度籽棉收购初期出现惜售现象。

目前，当地棉企设备检修进入尾声，多数棉企计划9月中下旬集中入市，预计开秤价为3.2-3.5元/斤，新皮棉价格为152 0173 3840-16000元/吨。部分棉企已筹划与纺企合作，新年度将采取订单式加工。当地皮棉库存有限，8月27日，2012年度新疆农二师皮棉229级报价17700元/吨（毛重、不含税，下同），2013年度皮棉2128级报价17600元/吨，2013年度2128级报18150元/吨，成交情况一般。
