This standard specifies the terms, preparation, implementation, general requirements and specific requirements involved in energy-using products ECD. This standard could be used to establish general requirements for energy-using products ECD, which can be used by anyone involved in energy-using products design and development.This standard could also be used to facilitate the users’ understanding of environmental performance of energy-using products.
