This standard specifies the technical requirements concerning sand abrasion,which shall be applied to the process of type selection,hydraulic design,manufacture,installation,operation,maintenance and overhaul of hydraulic turbine. This standard is applicable to the hydropower stations equipped with reaction hydraulic turbines.
