适用范围：This section of NRS 009-6, in conjunction with NRS 009-6-7, NRS 009-6-8 and NRS 009-6-9, specifiesthe standard transfer specification (STS), i.e. the minimum standard for transferring units of credit andinformation between a common vending system (CVS) and a compliant electricity dispenser (ED).This section of NRS 009-6 is intended for use by manufacturers of EDs that have to accept tokens thatcomply with the STS and manufacturers of vending systems that produce STS-compliant tokens.
