适用范围：1.1 This code lays down requirements for the protection of (a) persons from injury and illness, and (b) properties (including equipment) from damage by fire and other causes, arising from electric and gas welding and cutting equipment, its installation, operation and maintenance.1.1.1 The general provisions of this code of practice are applicable to welding and cutting of metals and other allied processes.1.1.2 This code does not cover particular hazards which may be inherent when welding and cutting equipment is used in special types of industries.
