适用范围：The drawing for Figure 10 in the draft circulated with the 1st canvass ballot was incorrect. The drafting committee's intent was to revise Figure 10 to include a walk behind operator, but used a drawing which inadvertently modified the top view of the riding operator. The proposed revision corrects this technical error as well as a few editorial corrections of dimensions. For comparative purposes both the revised Figure 10 and the previous version are attached.
