适用范围：1.1 This standard covers the requirements for steel ingots (including cast billet ingots ) and billets (including continuous cast billets) for the produc-tion of laminated springs for railway rolling stock.1.2 Steel i ngots (including cast billet ingots) and billets (including continuous cast billets) covered by this standard shall be used for the manufacture of flats and rib and groove sections conforming to the requirements of IS : 3885 ( Part I )-1966* and IS : 3885 ( Part II )-I969〓 respectively.
