适用范围：1.1 This standard covers the requirements of single-phase, two-wire and polyphase meters 3 phase, 3 wire/4 wire requiring a degree of accuracy 0.5 and other performance characteristics rendering then suitable for thepurpose of testing meters of accuracy not better than 0.5. The meter may be whole current or transformer operated. It does not apply to polyphase meters in which the principle of measurement required balan-ced conditions of load or supply.1.1.1 It applies to meters, either fixed or portable, which are constructed to register MWh, kWh, and ( or alternatively ) the number of revolutions of the meter rotor.Meters or metering equipments may have single or multi-current and single or multi-voltage ratings.
