适用范围：1.1 This standard ( Part 1 ) applies to general purpose measuring transducers used for convert-ing ac electrical quantities, such as, current, vol-tage, power ( active or reactive ), power factor, phase angle or frequency to a direct current or voltage, which within the measuring range, will be an analogue function of the corresponding input.1.2 This standard applies for a frequency range of the ac input(s) from 15 Hz to 1 KHz.1.3 If a measuring transducer is part of a system for the measurement of a non-electrical quantity, this standard may be applied to the electrical measuring transducer, if it otherwise falls within the scope of this standard.1.4 This standard applies only to those transdu-cers intended for indoor use and under condi-tions which are normally found in public utili-ties, laboratories and factories, where apparatus will be handled carefully.
