适用范围：This International Standard specifies quality system requirements for use where a contract between two parties requires the demonstration of a supplier's capability to design and supply product.The requirements specified in this International Standard are aimed primarily at preventing nonconformity at all stages from design through to servicing.1.2 Field of applicationThis International Standard is applicable in contractual situations whena) the contract specifically requires design effort and the product requirements are stated principally in performance terms or they need to be established;b) confidence in product conformance can be attained by adequate demonstration of certain supplier's capabilities in design, development, production, installation and servicing.
