适用范围：1.1 This standard (Part X) covers the requirements of two types of enamelled self bonding wires as stated below:a) Type A — Self bonding enamelled round copper wires with high mechanical properties ( copper wire covered with, for example, enamel on polyvinyl formal base and over-coated with a heat bonding layer ); andb) Type B — Self bonding enamelled round copper wires with self fluxing properties ( copper wire covered with, for example, enamel based on polyurethane and over-coated with a heat bonding layer).1.2 Sizes — The requirements of this standard are applicable to wires having a bare diameter from 0·020 mm up to and including 2·000 mm, when covered as specified in 1.1.1.3 Thickness of Covering — The bonding coat is applied to fine and medium covering of enamel as specified in the relevant Indian Standard for the basic enamelled wire. The overall thickness ( enamel thickness + bonding coat) shall be in accordance with the requirements specified in Table 1.
