适用范围： This standard ( Part 6 ) deals with the procedures and test methods for verification, demonstration and evaluation of qualitative and quantita-tive maintainability requirements. It also provides for qualitative assess-ment of various integrated logistic support factors related to and aiming at the achievement of maintainability parameters and equipment down time, for example, technical manuals, personnel, tools and test equipment, maintenance concepts and provisioning.Note — This standard is intended for use when verification, demonstration and evaluation of maintainability requirements for electronic and electrical equipments and parts procurement is required. The verification, demonstration and evaluation of achievement of maintainability requirements shall normally be conducted in 3 (three ) phases as described in 4.1.2 and also in conjunction with verification, demonstration and evaluation of the requirements for total integrated logistic support unless otherwise stipulated in procurement standards.
