美国环保总署对TSCA Title Ⅵ 复合木制品甲醛排放要求近期的更新

PartⅠ:  延迟复合木制品甲醛排放标准的执行*终规则正式生效

2017年9月25日,美国环保总署在联邦公报上发布了关于延迟复合木制品甲醛排放标准的执行日期的*终规则。该规则于2017年10月25日正式生效。

目前关于EPA TSCA Title VI的*终执行日期已延迟至:

Part Ⅱ: 更新复合木制品甲醛排放标准内自愿性共识标准

2017年10月26日,美国环保署发布一项直接*终规则,该规则将于2017年12月11日正式生效。

此次的更新重点如下:
  1. 法则的700.3节修订 “硬质纤维板” 、 “硬木胶合板” 、 “中密度纤维板”, “刨花板” 和 “质量控制限值” 定义;
  2. 法则的700.3节将 “EPA TSCA Title VI Product Accreditation Body or EPA TSCA Title VI Product AB” 和 “"TPC laboratory” 需要符合ISO/IEC 17020:1998(E)的标准更新为ISO/IEC:2012(E);
  3. 40 CFR 770提到下列标准需更新版本号:
