据英国官网在2021年8月24日发布的有关UKCA标志使用的*新指引，“制造商可继续使用CE标志在其产品上以进入大不列颠市场直到2023年1月1日。2023年1月1日起在大不列颠市场上的产品必须按相关法规标有UKCA标志。“
这意味着CE标志在大不列颠市场的接受期限从2022年1月1日延长到2023年1月1日，但前提是相关大不列颠和欧盟的法规仍保持一致，如果欧盟更新了它的法规而制造商产品上的CE标志是符合于这些新法规的，那么这些CE标志的产品将不能被大不列颠市场接受，哪怕是发生在限期2023年1月1日之前。
英国政府呼吁：UKCA标志现已生效使用，贸易商应开始尽早在产品上使用UKCA标志。
Per the latest updated released on UK official website on 24th Aug. 2021 that manufacturer ”can continue to use the CE marking for goods placed on the market in Great Britain until 1 January 2023. The UKCA marking must be used for placing goods on the market in Great Britain from 1 January 2023“ which means the acceptance of the CE mark on GB market is extended one more year from 1 Jan. 2022 to 1 Jan. 2023; however, this is still subjected to the relevant GB and EU rules remain the same; if the EU changes its rules and your CE marked product is on the basis of those new rules that you will not be able to use the CE marking to sell in GB market, even before 31 Dec. 2022.
As highlighted and suggested by UK government: The UKCA marking can be used now and we encourage businesses to start using the UKCA marking as soon as possible.
