UL248-20温升测试适用产品范围
UL248-20标准适用于额定电压到1000V ac、1500V dc, 额定电流到6000A，分断电流到50kA，用于电动车或混动车里面的保险丝。

1. 温升测试（Verification of Temperature Rise and Current Carrying Capacity）；
2. 过载测试（Verification of overload operation）；
3. 分断测试（Verification of Operation at Rated Voltage）；
4. 温度循环测试（Ambient Cycling）；
5. 振动测试（Vibration Test）；
6. 机械冲击测试（Mechanical Shock Test）；
7. 盐雾测试（Salt Spray Test）；
8. 电流循环测试（Transient Current Cycling Test）。
UL248-20温升测试要求
在保险丝样品上通额定电流，测量样品上的温升，测试跑到温度稳定为止, 铜帽/端子上温升不能超130K，本体温度不能超塑胶黄卡elec RTI (如采用塑胶本体，且电气RTI >=105 C)。
