标准简介
本标准规定了柱后光化学衍生高效液相色谱法测定粮食和食用植物油中黄曲霉毒素的原理、试剂和材料、仪器和设备、扦样、试样制备、操作步骤、结果计算和精密度。 本标准适用于粮油及制品中黄曲霉毒素的测定（油料除外）。 本标准中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的定量检测限分别为0.5 g/kg、0.25 g/kg、1.0 g/kg和0.5 g/kg。英文名称：Inspection of grain and oils—Determination aflatoxin content in grains and oils—Cleanup by immunoaffinity chromatography and determination by high-performance liquid chromatography and post-column photochemical derivatization
